As part of our PE days, Mrs Scott is kindly demonstrating a form of Tai Chi for you to work on at home! We do these in class as part of our mental wellbeing sessions as well, and is a great warm down/calm down activity after a PE session, or just to finish of the day. Join in too parents- it is really relaxing!
